  1. Emergencies, plus we are the only home on our transformer and the squirrels love that pole! We lost power twice last year in two months and the first time it took days for help because we are the only house affected.

  2. I dont want to get stuck in another blackout or winter ice storm without a backup generator again. That nearly killed me.. Not having my cell phone charged or not being able to watch a movie for nearly 2 weeks.. My Fridge, all my food thawed out, it was a nightmare..

  3. I’d love to win this b/c Hurricane season is coming here in Florida and I know that having a backup generator would be very helpful.

  4. It is certainly a very very handy thing to have at home when the power goes out or to use in places that you dont have power, or even to help someone else out with it,

  5. I want to win this because we have been thru many hurricanes in Florida and have been without electricity for up to 4 weeks. We have not been able to afford a generator, or even to repair our home from the damage over 4 years ago. This would be a blessing, should we have to go thru anymore hurricanes. Thanks.
